Hi,

Welcome to H C M.

Your query seems simple and short.

If you have no other complaints regarding scalp and systems of the body,well and good.

I think , you may be having diffuse hair loss.

Still, I would like to know answers of some queries.

Is there family history of hair loss,thyroid diseases,DM or other diseases?

Do you take any treatment of any disease?

What do you use for hairs ..oil,shampoo?

Do you remain under stress or worries?

If possible post the photo of your scalp and head.

After knowing answers of queries and seeing photo, I would give better advise.

it is not to in my family history.

in last two years back i concern the doctor, she suggest Monoxide (mx-2) and hair for you, this good now it will be decrease hair fall. But, now asking only growing oil for hair please suggest me
now i don't use any oil and shampoo. use only body soap.

Hi,

Welcome again.

I recommend minoxidil 10% solution to be applied on scalp twice a day in dry scalp.

Keep the hairs short as you have to avoid oil.

Oil has no role in hair growth. It improves the texture of hairs.

Along with minoxidil application, take oral tab. finesteride 1 mg daily till you get good result.

Take biotin containg tab. daily 10 to 30 mg.

Do shampoo daily with ketoconazole containing shampoo.

Avoid stress and worries related with hair fall.

Avoid excessive travelling and exposure to sun rays.

Take nutritious food and proper sleep.

Do not forget to go to barber for cutting hairs by 0 or 1 number machine.

You will get marvellous result after 6 months. Even after getting good result you may continue treatment for 3 to 4 years.

After discontinuing minoxidil, you may use almond oil. And herbal shampoo.

Hi,

Ketoconazole containing shampoo may improve the condition of scalp and it is not suggested for dandruff.

Minoxidil 10 % is available worldwide.. Mintop 10% of dr XXXXXXX

There is no perfect solution of hair fall.

Hair growth is cyclical. Daily normal hair fall is 100 to 150. So, do not be anxious.

Just be calm. And have good hair growth.

Any hair of body remains for 3 years only. Hair grows and falls. It is a routine process. Hair has its life of 3 years and that is in three stages..anagen,catagen and telogen..

Finesteride is available as tab.finast 1 mg....
