Brief Answer:
Get tested further and consider vitamin E supplement
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thank you for the query. I understand your concern.
Based on the details, I consider the possibility of non alcoholic steatohepatitis. Therefore it may be worthwhile getting a hbsag and anti hcv antibodies done to look for other causes. You may also consider starting on vitamin E supplement after consulting your physician.
Reduce weight if you are overweight
Having betnesol for long is not good too. Consult your physician about the possibility of stopping it. I would prefer you stop taking it if it's not absolutely indicated.
Hope this answers your query
Wish you a speedy recovery
