Question : Are there better medications for depression and anxiety or you agree with what i take now?

Welcome to HCM.

I have gone through your details.

You are suffering from depression and anxiety. You are taking wellbutrin and fluvoxamine as primary antidepressant and clonazepam and lorazepam.

You still feel depressed.

In my opinion, change of drug is needed. Fluvoxamine is not a great antidepressant.
You should rather switch to paroxetine or sertraline (prescription drugs).

Also, clonazepam and lorazepam serve the same purpose. You can take either of them with increasing or decreasing the dose as needed.
