I was in a lot of stress some 20 days back it was followed by a troat pain which disappeared in a day and then I was felling indigestion and heart burn I had some doctor prescribed medicine for two days and then stopped I was little bit ok but still now I felling little bit heart burn if I am not eating in time what could be the reason.
