That was misdoing to start Panderm plus without consulting dermatologist. It has steroid with antibiotic cream. If you are prescribed PANDERM PLUS by the dermatologist then please see the doctor for new symptoms. I suggest you to stop using it right now and consultant a dermatologist for steroid induced acne. These acne will take sometime to reduce and sometimes up to two months to three months.
There is no satisfactory cream for body and face whitening. I suggest you to just use Koziderma soap for body fairness and do not use it for face where you have acne. Please consult Dermatologist after stopping Panderm Plus cream.
