Suggest Alternative Medication To Replace Premarin For Hot Flashes

Question: After an hysterectomy performed in 1996 I was prescribed Premarin by the doctor who did the operation. The problem is that now I live in Europe and under the social security of France and Premarin has been banned unless you find it on the net. No doctors here will or can help me. Is there another medication available with same or similar molecule, I wish to continue to take this therapy I am 74 and still have hot flashes.
Thanks for your help

Brief Answer:
Tibolone advised
Detailed Answer:
Hello mam, thanks for trusting health care magic.
Yes mam this is a common problem experienced by many patients.
I would like to give you Tibolone tablet to be taken daily for 3-6 months.
But it is a prescription drug so you will have to discuss it with your gynecologist.
It is a very good drug and helps in maintenance of bone mineral density also.
All the best.
