Suggest Alternative Medicines For Plantar Fasciitis

Question: Hello Doctor,
I'm having plantar fasciitis since 3 months. Doctor (orthopedic) advised some exercises.
He gave medication for initial 5 days in case of any pain that arises due to the exercise.
I'm unable to find those medicines in medical shops. Below are the medicines
Sedace D (for After meals)
Panvom DSR (for Before meals)
Could you please advise the alternatives of these medicines

Brief Answer:
You can ask for alternative at pharmacy only
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I am Dr Deepak S Jois answering your query.
I can understand your problem. Usually in your condition anti-inflammatory drugs are used with anti-acidity medications. And alternate medications sometimes may not be in right combination and can be dangerous to use without prescription.
As per my knowledge the above said medicine contain
- diclofenac with serratio peptidase (sedace D)
- pantoprazole with domperidone combination (Panvom DSR)
Check with the pharmacist for these combination drugs. You may call your treating doctor to cross verify and then start using it.
All the best.
