Suggest Alternative To Breast Feeding
Question: I have a daughter 3 mnths old. We are planning to go to our native place for some rituals.its not possible to breastfeed while in flight or train. What is the another alternative? Shal i give Lactogen

Hi...I start my suggestions by stating the fact that - MOTHER'S MILK IS THE BEST FOR THE BABY.
But i have a few other suggestions for you -
1. Mother feeding he baby is a naturally accepted truth and nobody will think otherwise. So as a brother I am advising you not to have any inhibitions regarding this.
2. You can express you milk and take it in a sterilized vessel and feed your baby with spoon or Paladey. You can store this expressed breast milk at room temperature for at least 6 hours. No problem.
3. If this is not possible - you can always use lactogen in this special situation - dilute 1 scoop of lactogen in 30 ml of water and an be given by spoon or paladey.
4. PLEASE DO NOT USE BOTTLE FEEDING - as this will cause nipple confusion and in future the baby might refuse to suckle from the mother' breast.
