Suggest Alternative Treatment For Heel Pain

Question: I have got heel pain for past 2 months. It started while playing sports for long hours. Initial 1 month symptoms were of plantar faciticis, with pain early morning and after rest.
Now for a past 1 month I have pain at the back of heel. Persistent and not improving with time.
Past 1 month I have taken the below homeopathic medicine:
`Use Calc carb 1M, 5 drops in water, 2 times a day for 5 days
After dat use Rhus tox 200, 5 drops with water, 3 times a day for a week
Along with take Calc fluor 6X Take 4 tablets, 3 times a day
Get 20gm of Calc fluor from Schwabe India`

But the symptoms have not improved. It is dull pain at the center back of the heel. I am able to walk with slight discomfort.
Pain level is only 2 , on a scale of 10.
X ray is also attached. Please advise medicine , which can improve the symptom.

Thanks for your response.

Based on your advise I plan to purchase the below Dr Reckeweg products:

Calcarea Flour Tab.     200x     Biochemic Tablet
Antimomium Crud     1M     Dilutions     11ml
Cyclamen     30     Dilutions     11ml

For Cyclamen I dont see tablets available. Please confirm if it is fine to take dilution? If yes , please advise dosage for dilution?
Please confirm if I need to continue all 3 medicines for full month?
In how much time can I expect the pain symptom to reduce?

Take 2 drops of each medicine on the tongue on prescribed frequency.

Initially you have to take 3 medicine for complete month. And then depending upon progress medicine may be added or removed.
You may get relief from pain within a week but you have to continue the medicine untill i suggest to stop for complete cure.
