Hello,
Thanks for writing to us. I can understand your concern.
Cialis and Viagra both are not working means there is some physical problem in erection process.
Provide more details so I can guide you further.
- Since when do you have this problem?
- Do you have any physical illness like diabetes or blood pressure? If yes, provide details with drugs?
- Is there any problem in urinating or any prostate problem?
- Is there any backache or spine problem?
- Have you undergone serum testosterone level? If no, go for it and upload the reports.
Muse can be tried but there are no scientific evidences of its effectiveness.
I will be happy to help further after your response.

Dr Chintan Solanki.
Cialis and Viagra have limited success.. the erection is not firm.
The problem has been getting worse as time goes but it started about 8-10 years ago , Viagra was given to me first but it gave me bad headaches along with a good erection.
Cialis was tried next and it has worked starting with 10 milligrams. over time that amount has been increased but now it just seems to make it swell but not hard.
I do have Hyper tension and take meds for that, it is very much under control. I go in yearly for complete physical exams, have prostate checked, colonoscopy, blood work etc. all is normal.
I do have lower back pains at times but it comes and goes depending on my physical activity.
I did have a year to 18 months ago have testosterone levels check and again they came back normal.
If I can find the results I will try and upload them.
try tetrafol plus (metanex), go for serum testosterone

Hi,
Thanks for information.
You have blood pressure and that is likely reason for your problem. In long run most of the patients with blood pressure suffer from ED.
If you are taking any drug from Beta blocker group (like atenlol or metoprolol)for blood pressure, ask your doctor to replace it with some other group drug as it can be one of the reasons for ED.
Go for serum testosterone level again and if it comes ow supplement can be given.
I recommend one supplement called tetrafol plus(metanex) containing pyridoxal-5-phosphate, mecobalamin and l-methylfolate (trade name tetrafol plus) is very helpful in my patients. It has shown improvement in 50-60 % patients of mine with ED with blood pressure and diabetes. You should take it after meal twice a day. If you feel some improvement in 15 days you should continue for at least 2 months. You may get this medicine over the counter as it is vitamin product.
Continue cilalis also if it is helping up to some extent.
And last option is papaverine injection but that is very difficult to use.
Hope this will help.
Take care.
