Brief Answer:
Bupropion could be a good option

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for using health care magic for posting your query.
I have gone through your question in detail and I can understand what you are going through.
There are plenty of options other than cymbalta for depression. If cymbaltaa has led to this much weight gain, then it is advisable to switch to bupropion. Bupropion is a good antidepressant and is weight neutral as well. In fact some patients have also reported reduction in weight.
Also do continue other measures like diet and exercise.
Do meet your doctor and get these medicines prescribed.
Kind regards

Brief Answer:
yes

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Underactive thyroid will require thyroid supplementation.
You may get a fresh thyroid test done and depending on the levels of TSH, the dose will be determined. Generly the starting dose is 25 mic per day.
