Brief Answer: Look for other SNRIs drugs... Detailed Answer: Hi, The generic Duloxetine XXXXXXX is of the selective serotonin and norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor drug (SNRIs) used orally. If the new insurance does not cover duloxetine XXXXXXX then, you should look for other drugs of the SNRIs group including : - Venlafaxine (Effexor XR) - Desvenlafaxine (Pristiq) which has the same mode of action. You can discuss it with your doctor to decide for the right drug for you. All the best! Dr.Bardha
