Suggest An Alternative Remedy For Stiffness In Legs Apart From Celebrex

Question: I am a 74 year old female in good health. I have extreme stiffness in my legs. When I take celebrex, I feel better, but it aggravates my stomach. Is there another remedy?

I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Stiffness and pain in legs at this age may be either due to myelopathy or due to parkinsons disease.
You need to get examined in detail by a neurologist for diagnosis, investigation and treatment accordingly.
Intake of pain killers is not the solution.
Is there any neck pain, back pain, urinary complains, slowness of activities, memory problem, drug intake, diabetes, hypertension?
Provide these details for further analysis of your problem.
Upload any reports, prescription if available.

I do not have any of the other symptoms that you mentioned. I do take Synthroid for hypothyroid.

Get some blood investigation like vitamin D and vitamin B12.

Thyroid problem may also lead to fatigue and stiffness in legs.

Examination will be more helpful.
