Brief Answer: Its a multivitamin- High dose. Detailed Answer: Dear Friend. Hi , I am Dr Anshul Varshney , I have read your query in detail , I understand your concern. Nephrocaps is simply a supplement, mostly used in patients with dialysis. There is a misnomer in the people that it helps in kidney problems. But actually we give to to kidney patients, so that if they require dialysis or they are on dialysis, then they don't face vitamin deficiency as water soluble vitamins might be washed of from body during dialysis. So, tell me for what purpose you require Nephrocaps, so that i can suggest you an alternative trade name. This is my personal opinion based on details available here. If you still have any query you may please ask me. Stay Healthy. Dr Anshul Varshney , MD

Brief Answer: Nephocaps can't treat kidney problems. Detailed Answer: Dear Friend. Let me again tell you, that Nephrocaps is not going to help you in getting your creatinine to normal level. It is just a supportive medicine. You need to find the cause and then get treated. If you wish, you can discuss your kidney issues with me giving me details of it. You can take Nephrosave or any multivitamin as far as taking Nephrocaps is concerned. However, Nephrosave we usually advise in patients with Contrast Induced Nephropathy. Good Luck.

Brief Answer: You may take Detailed Answer: Dear Friend. I told you, you can take Nephrosave, it usually doesn't harm, but is not going to help you in treating your basic problem, that has caused you kidney injury. Nephrocaps is also a multivitamin supplement only. Also, get your Serum Creatinine repeated, as it might have improved spontaneously. If you don't have a further query, please close the discussion and rate it.
