we have show all of our report to your related heart valve issue and we are taken Pencom 12 L injection in 20 day.
we dont want to take it pls advised some other medicine inplace ot this injection or any other injection.

Hello XXXXXXX , if you take into consideration the international WHO guidelines and even XXXXXXX expert recommendation , it's most 3 effective to take the injection at 21 days and it's convenient too .
The other alternative is Tab penicillin V 250 mg twice a day . However the above medication is not available in XXXXXXX .
We have tab penicillin G .
It's available as 400 mg tablet with the trade name PENTID 400 mg which has to be taken twice every day .
I would recommend that instead of taking a tablet every days it's more convenient to take an injection once in 3 weeks .
