Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome.
Thanks for sharing your concern.
As per the radio graphic view posted here, it appears that there is no obvious decay or damage in any of the teeth. Now radio graphs alone cannot be taken as a factor to diagnose a pathology(disease.)The reason being that, radio graphs gives only two dimensional view. Therefore in my view before going for root canal you must try to get the cause diagnosed through these available techniques.
They are
1.FOTI(Fiber optic transillumination test).
2.RVG (Radio visual graph),kind of three dimensional x rays.
3.Cavity test and pulp vitality test.
One of these test would definitely diagnose the cause for pain and then it can be decided whether to go for root canal or composite restorations.
Let me know for further doubts.
Thanks.
Take care.
