Brief Answer:
Mostly whatever she likes

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for your query.

During pregnancy, women develop special taste for some foods and distaste for some. So she should eat whatever she wants to eat. She should eat for 2 people. She can eat more frequently, every 2-3 hrs.

It is good to have something high calorie like cookies, pastries, cakes, etc early in the morning. This will maintain energy for next few hours and also avoid early morning vomiting.

During early pregnancy it is also good to have more of fruits. In later pregnancy, fatty foods are more helpful.
The body will absorb that much nutrition that is needed for mother and baby and rest will be excreted. So regular nutrition is needed.

Hope it helps. Let me know if I can assist you further.
