2.Whether you suffer from any illness other than disc problem?
No, only back pain from past 4 years. Caused due to injury while shifting a washing machine. The minor slip disc is at L4-L5
3.Diet pattern? Diet chart per day?
I am a Vegetarian
Breakfast - mostly stuffed paranthas or sabji paratha, poha, green tea, almonds, milk tea
Lunch- Roti, Sabzi or Roti Chawal, Salads, 4 idli
Dinner- Roti, Dal or sabzi
4.Lifestyle and occupation?
Work with multinational company as a finance professional. High pressure , sitting job of 11-12 hrs per day
I cycle for 15-20 min everyday and do my yoga exercise for 15 mins (only exercises of back)
5. When do you feel energy loss or tiredness? Early morning or evening or throughout the day?
Generally, throughout the day , sometimes I wake up very tired.

I am not on any medication right now. Sometimes I take Valium when my back pain is too much. It causes me sleep.

Since your Body mass index seems to be okay.
For your disc problem i recommend panchakarma procedure (kadi vasti) along with internal medication.
1.Rasnaerandathi kashayam and danwanthara kshayam- 20 ml with 60ml of warm water after food.
2.dazzle capsules(vasu Pharma)- 1cap twice a day.
I suggest certain medication and lifestyle management for your problem.
Kindly take protein rich food like channa,peanut,soybean,rajma ,dried fruits cashew,almond in routine food intake. they very good energy booster.
Don't go for protein powder.
Eat healthy green vegetables with contains good antioxidant helps in gives energy as well as act against the stress inducing factor.
since the climate is hot try to take more butter milk to keep you active the day.
Eat on timely manner don't skip food.
Lifestyle;
working Stress and anxiety are easily overcome by doing yoga and meditation. Practising Suryananaskaram daily will help you to get rid of anxiety and stress as well. doing yoga is well appreciated. since you got disc problem. certain posture are contraindicated. consult your yoga trainer.
Don't sleep late night since you are working in day shift. Go to bed earlier.
proper sleep and food in proper time and healthy lifestyle will help you to get out this problems.
Medication:
Aswagandha capsules: 2 twice a day
After food.
Shatavari legiyam: 3 gm twice a day.after food.
Take the above for 30 days.
