Suggest Ayurvedic Remedies For Stress And Anxiety After Bilateral Knee Replacement Surgery

Question: Dear Sir,
My Mother Has undergone Bilateral Knee replacement 15 days back .She is not bale to sleep well from past 15 days due to Stress,Pain and Anxiety .She is taking following medications for Pain.Now she started walking by Stick from walker
Calpol T 1-0 -1
Preggaba NT 0-0-1
EcoaSprin 150mg 0-1-0

Could you please suggest soe Ayurvedic Medicines which would release Stress,Anxeity and would make her sleep night well .

body weight and height?
when did she undergone knee surgery?

My mothers age is 60 Weight around 68 and height 5.3 15 days over now post surgery Post surgery she is having sleep disturbance its mainly because of pain killers, stress and pain . My mother is diabetic from 10 years .She is taking Gemer P2 morning and night before food Does not have hypertension its under boarder range. No thyroid . Vegetarian diet . Before surgery she was sleeping perfectly without any issues but started getting sleep disturbance after surgery due to stress,medications etc

Post surgical pain and stress will be difficult to manage.

I suggest the following ayurvedic medication.

I advise to take Dasamoola kasayam after will subside pain and stiffness around the knee joint.

Or if you can take dasamoola kasayam powder (roots of dasomoolam).

Both are effective and follow any one of the above.

Avoid the cold and dry type of food.

Also, take capsule Dazzle (vasu pharma).

Take Jatamansi choorna with warm milk in the night will give you stress-free sleep.

Thanks for your quick reply.Wanted to confirm whether below mention medicines would cause any side effects/Interaction if taken along with English medicine Pain killers such as Pregaba NT 0-0-1 ,EcoaSprin 150mg 0-1-0

Wanted to confirm the whether medication Dasamoola kasayam 40ml prescribed is for reducing pain and infections due to surgery?

capsule Dazzle (vasu pharma)- 1 is meant for Pain or for indcing sleep

Jatamansi choorna 5g is only for sleep ? whether we can take this alond with English medicine Pregaba NT.

Hi,

Above mentioned medicines are safe to use and there is no major side effect reported. You can have a gap of one hour between both the medicine.

Dashamoola Kashayam is prescribed for pain and stiffness around the knee joint and it is usually prescribed for osteoarthritis.
Cap. Dazzle will reduce the pain for all musculoskeletal discomfort.

Jatamansichoornam will decrease stress and provide good sleep. So you can take the medicine without any hesitation. Since all the above medicine were very common ayurvedic medicine prescribed in all-over XXXXXXX.

Cap. dazzle may cause some stomach discomfort if it has taken on an empty stomach. Kindly take it after food.

As mentioned my mother has undergone Bilateral Knee replacement due to osteoarthritis of Knee Joints.So wanted to check if This tablets can be taken after surery without any issues.
If taken how many days it would require to have impact on the patient.
As suggested we will Use Ayurvedic medicines prescribed by you along with English medicine Pregaba NT and Pregaba.
Whether Medicines prescribed by you would be available in any Ayurveda shop or can be bought online in trusted website

When i had gone to Ayurvedic Shop to ask jatamansichoornam they told its not tehre but instead you can take MAANASAMITHRA VATAKAM Capsule for Sleep.
Can we take this MAANASAMITHRA VATAKAM Capsule during night before sleeping whether it would have same impact as jatamansichoornam
