Suggest Ayurvedic Treatment For Vomiting

Question: ayurvedic advice needed. kid was given multiple antibiotics, tamiflu medicine. Having vomtings now. currently on ondem for vomitings. Is there any ayurvedic advice tostop vomitings. had also decentry n stomach pain but they came down.

Thanks for contacting Ayurveda with your health concern

1. Since tamiflu contains sorbitol which may cause upset stomach and diarrhea [make sure he is not fructose intolerant]
2. The most common side effect of tamiflu when used as treatment/prevention is nausea and vomiting [thus could be cause and effect of drug]
3. Have an opinion of Pediatrician or Infection Epidemiologist regarding the same.
4. Mix 2 pinch of dry ginger ash and 2 spoons honey and lick it.
5. Add sugar to ripe pomegranate juice.
6. Give: old brown rice, cooked green vegetables, lemon, cow’s milk, cardamom-saunf-cumin-clove, coconut water, ice cubes to lick/suck
7. Avoid: banana, excess water drinking, fear, tap water,heat.
8. ‘ShadangPaniya’ is the best Ayurveda medicine to Drink and Syrup/Tablet Vomitab is the best oral drug.
