I have gone through your query. Creams based on kojic acid , vitamin E and C is good for fairness. Only very less percentage of people have skin irritation by using this. If you want to go natural alternative then can use creams based on aloe vera , vitamin E and neem.
Using ready made face masks using natural ingredients like lemon , orange and honey is also good.

But someone using pentrun plus and thats work very fast so what is your opinion about that???
