Options detailed below.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
If your wife can't take IUD or pill or hormonal patches then the options that you have are-
1. Vasectomy or tubal ligation.
2. Use of spermicidal jelly along with condom during the fertile days.
Vaginal spermicides are available in several forms: spermicidal jelly, cream, foam, tablets, suppositories, sponge and film. A spermicide is inserted into the vagina just before sex to prevent pregnancy. When used along with condom, it effectively protects against conception.
You can use Gynol, Encare, Conceptrol, Crinone or Advantage S according to your convenience.
3. Non hormonal contraceptive pill like Centchroman can be taken twice a week for first three months and then once a week. Your wife will have to consult her physician before starting this pill.
Please feel free to discuss further. I will be glad to answer the follow up queries that you have.
Wishing you good health.

Male injections are not well studied.
Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for writing again.
If she had an operation just 2 weeks ago then she can use only a spremicidal gel.
Male contraceptive injections are not being widely used and are still under trials. Their efficacy and safety are not well studied and are not recommended.
Hope my answer is helpful.
