Adult ADHD is a complication of childhood ADD. It should be differentiated with Bipolar disorder and Psychotic disorders as mode of presentation is almost same. Treatment with low dose mood stabilizer drugs is sufficient. Psychosocial treatment with behavioural interventions is main non pharmacological treatment. Many good psychiatrists are available at NIMS hospital and medical college.
