I understand your anxiety related to this condition.

Assuming the seroconversion you mention is in regards to HIV. I would advise you to undergo p 24 PCR assay test. it is a confirmatory test and is reliable even in window period. I know the you are under a lot of stress and only confirmatory test will rule out HIV infection.

First get the above mentioned tests and then we will look for further causes.
Also get a chest X-ray and Mantoux test done which will guide us towards the reason for swollen lymph nodes.

yes.. but I am asking about seroconversion.. do symptoms come one at a time or all at once?

Hi, sorry for the delay in response.
Seroconversion can present in multiple ways and symptoms at times come one by one but can present all at one time.
But generally one or two symptoms come at time.
Frankly at times it silent and there are no symptoms at all.
So tests are the only reliable ways to see for extent and stage of disease
