Brief Answer:
Alternative contraceptive methods.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXX
There are several types of contraceptive methods are available like Barrier methods like condoms , Intra uterine devices like Copper T or hormonal devices , combined oral hormonal contraceptive pills contains estrogen and progesterone and injections.
I f you does want go for IUD like copper T then you apt for oral contraceptive pills. But you should not skip pills and you should take as per doctor’s instructions.
Minipill: it contains only progesterone.
One more option as you said is XXXXXXX which is non hormonal contraceptive and contains centchroman. You should take this medication twice a week for three months and after that once in a week.
The other option is Depo Provera injections which contains progesterone hormone. You should take this injection every three months.
So I suggest go for oral contraceptive pills or XXXXXXX pills or depo injection or XXXXXXX as per your choice after consulting a gynecologist.
If you do not want to take pills daily then go for Depo injection.

Hope I have answered your query.
If you have any queries I will be happy to help you.
Thank you.

Brief Answer:
Need prescription

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXX,
I can understand your concern.

Oral contraceptive pill or other medications are prescribed medications. I can not give prescription with out clinical examiantion and physical examiantion. More over you will not get this medication with out doctor prescription.Hence I suggest you visit your physician or a gynecologist and start medication as per your choice.
If you choose oral pills doctor would prescribe 21 days or 28 days pack. You should start fifth day of every cycle and should take one tablet each day at same time.
If you choose injection doctor would advice depo provera ( medroxyprogesterone).
You should repeat the injection every 3 months.
But all these medication should start after clinical examination by gynecologist to avoid side effects.

If you have any queries I will be happy to help you.
Thank you.
