Suggest Contraceptive Pills To Prevent Pregnancy

Question: Hi.. i am 28 years old girl from XXXXXXX a few days back i got physical with my boyfriend and lost my virginity. now when we are planning for the next time can you guide me about the medicine to avoid unwanted pregnency. i dont want to take ipill. i want a normal contraceptive pill. we are having safe sex. (natural method). kindly recommend something which is available in XXXXXXX medical store.

Take tablet crisanta LS or ovral L.
They are daily intake pills and after completion of one pack wait for periods and then you can start a new pack on 1st day of periods.

Thank You so much for your guidance. i am really feeling stress free now. i had this relationship for the first time on 26th nov and we didn't used anything. he didn't ejaculated inside and i was relaxed. i bleed-ed that night. i just want to ask will next time also i will bleed.
and this first seven is including periods or excluding it?
