Hydroquinone, kojic acid etc
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you for the pictures.
It seems like the pigmentation you have is due to your acne/ pimples.
I would suggest you application of cream containing kojic acid, arbutin, liquorice extract and tetrahydrocurcumim ( MELAGLOW) twice a day over dark spots and hydroquinone 4% cream at night time over dark spots.
Use a good quality sunscreen everytime you out is sun.
Kindly report me your condition after regular use of above medications for 3 weeks.

can i continue nuforce soap and terbinaforce -plus cream?
Brief Answer:
Avoid Nuforce soap and Terbinaforce plus cream
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Nuforce soap is basically antifungal soap and as far I know there is no role of antifungal soap in the kind of pigmentation you are having.
Terbinaforce plus cream contains a very strong steroid clobetasol which is not recommended for use on face for pigmentation and it should be strictly avoided as its use will cause side effects like skin thinning, skin depigmentation etc.
Hope you got my point here.
Thank you

is that steroid clobetasol will have side effect on who becoming preganant woman?
Brief Answer:
---
Detailed Answer:
As such topical steroids dont pose any risk to pregnancy but potent steroid like clobetasol is absolutely not indicated for use on sensitive areas like face except in very few conditions.
As your chief problem is pigmentation, I strongly advise against further use of clobetasol on face.
Thanks
