3.Good balanced and nutritive diet

Life style modification--- Safe sex, adopting healthy habits like washing hands before eating and cleaning hands with soap and water after using toilets, washing the raw eatables before consume, washing the plates and utensils with hot water before using,regular nail cutting, regular cleaning of mouth and body,avoid bare foot walking. drinking protected water, avoiding food from unhygienic source and improper cooked food etc.
5.Proper vaccinations when CD4 count is above 400.
Periodic monitoring with viral load, CD4 count and clinical check ups
These procedures will make his life smoothly on par with anybody who is not having HIV.
