Brief Answer:
Their diet chart is similar to adults

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome,

By 3 years of age, the diet of a child is very similar to diet of the adults in the house. However the difference is in the intake of milk and milk products. Babies will take solid foods 4-6 times in a day. Every meal can be followed by milk intake. Quantity of food and milk intake is choice of the baby. Apart from solid foods, if needed milk can be offered at different times also (when not taking solid foods) like before sleeping or on waking up. Forcing foods can make it stressful. It is upto us to offer different types of foods and it is upto the baby to eat it or not. kids usually like to have atta biscuits, roti, chaval, dal, fruits, idli, butter, etc in solid foods. There can be a gap of around 3 hours in between meals. The quantity of milk intake is minimum 1200 ml in a day and this much milk is needed until they grow to near adult size.
