Your weight is appropriate. Kindly read ahead
Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX,
Thanks for following and answering my question.
For your height, your weight is appropriate. Your BMI comes to 20 which is very good. You do not need to cut down any weight or you will go in undernourished category which is also harmful as people in overweight category.
I guess you want to build up your physique and gain some muscle mass.
For this reason, only diet is not going to help you. You need to do weight training exercises at least 5 days a week.
I recommend you to join a good gym with proper equipments and get a personal trainer for yourself, working out for muscle gain will automatically cause the increase in size of muscles and reduction in unwanted fat (whatever the small amount you have).
In food, yes rice and sugar avoiding will help in reduction of fat but after you start working out in gym, you can have some amount of both as body needs carbs as primary source of energy production.
You can have boiled eggs in which also consume only white part and not the yellow part as it contains most fat of the egg. White part is pure proteins.
You can have soyabeans 1-2 times a week which is also rich in proteins.
Milk, cheese, yogurt, paneer also contains proteins.
All kinds of dals which we eat in day to day foods are also rich in proteins.
I feel basically once you start working out, your muscle mass will increase responding to stress you give to your muscles. Medically speaking you need 1gm/kg body weight/ day protein for usual wear and tear of body. So you need around 70 gms of proteins which we easily consume considering our varied XXXXXXX preparations.
I hope this advice will be helpful for you.
If you have any queries kindly ask me will be happy to answer you.
Thank you
