Question: hai sir iam XXXXXXX my cheeks are so thin how to improve pls suggest me . which food taken

High Protein Diet.

Detailed Answer:
Welcome To HCM. I am Dr Anshul Varshney.
I understand your concern.
Many a times this is normal structure of your face. In such condition I won't misguide you, nothing much can be done.
However if your physique in overall weak, then you should observe following:
1. Take high protein diet like pulses, soyabean, egg white, non vegetarian (if you take)
2. Increase amount of butter and fat in diet but not too much.
3. Get your thyroid function test done.
4. Exercise regularly.
5. You can take Protein supplements like Protein-X powder. Don't go for weight gaining supplements, they are harmful.
6. Increase your diet, eat more of fruits and green leafy vegetables.
