b. Vitamins and iron
c. Salt restriction - if there is fluid and sodium overload and in presence of hypertension.
d. Dietary protein restriction.

Break-fast Protein

02 Rotis
Vegetable curry
Egg-1/cottage cheese-35 G
Mid-morning(10-00 AM) 3.2 G
Milk-100 ml
Halwa/kheer/upma
Lunch 14.4 G
Cooked rice-02 cups
or
03 Rotis
Vegetables-1 cup cooked
Meat 3-4 pieces of 1 inch (if non-veg)
Curd-1/4th cup (50 ml)
Sago/pappad
Tea-time 4G
Milk 75 ml
Toast/Rice flake-25 G
Dinner 14.4 G
Cooked rice 1 1/2 cup
or
02 Rotis
Vegetables-1 cup cooked
Fish-1 small piece (if non-veg)
Curd-1/4th cup (50 ml)
Protein requirement =Body weight (say 60 kg) x 0.8 G/day=50 G
