Suggest Diet Plan For A Low BP Patient

Question: Hello doc,
My Blood pressure is relatively low.. its around 90/60 from last 3 days.
kindly let me know what changes i need to do in my diet or any medicine recommended.

Hello, greetings!
Thanks for posting your query on hcm.
Your Blood pressure though within the normal limits is on the lower borderline.
You do not need any medicines if you are feeling healthy overall.
You may increase the quantity of salt which you are having by 1 teaspoon per day.
Also may sure you drink 4-5 litres of water per day.
This should be sufficient.
