Brief Answer:
further tests required

Detailed Answer:
Hi and welcome.
his is definitely high hgb but still not critical. However further tests are required to rule out possible causes of increased hgb and feritin. This can be hematologic disease such as polycitemia, hemocromatosis. Other causes may include liver and kidneys disorders so you need to do liver an kidney ultrasound and more detailed blood tests. Wish you good health. Regards
