Brief Answer: Start with clear chicken soup Detailed Answer: Namasthe Basically its experimenting with the taste buds of kids. I would suggest you some of the following non veg recipes. 1. You can start with chicken soup with veggies. Boil veggies and some chicken with bones in a cooker. Please pressure cook it till the meat is absulutely soft. You can add garlic pods and black pepper powder to it. Once its cooked blend the mixture and you can then put some butter in a pan add the soup to it and then add few herbs if you wish. 2. Scrambled eggs :Break an egg into a thick-bottomed bowl, add about 120-150 ml of milk, about 2-3 spoonfuls(use lactogen spoons for measurement) of oats(preferably powdered), and some sugar to taste. Mix these well, and then stir it on low heat continuously until the mixture starts thickening. Make sure you stir it continuously, else it starts burning from bottom.once it has nicely thickened, take it off fire , cool and serve 3. Clear Chicken/lamb Liver soup 4. Bheja Fry 5. Lamb pawa soup 6. Boiled eggs: They are very much nutritious. Ty introducing little quantity everytime . Do get back to me if you need any further assistance. Take Care Regards Deepak

Brief Answer: 10kg at 16 months is fine Detailed Answer: Dear Ms XXXXXXX For purpose of easy calculation, weight at 1 year should be atleast 2.7*3 = 8.1 kg and by 2 years should be minimum of 2.7kg* 4 = 10.8kg. So weight of 10 kg at 16 months is perfectly fine. There is absolutely no need to be worried . Regards Deepak
