Detailed Answer:
Hi... You need to cut down on the fast food and junk food which are not nutritious when compared to the regular stipulated diet.
If you do this then, as they are hungry...the regular food intake will automatically increase.
Please tell me their exact current height and weight and dates of birth.

Suggestions on weight and height and food habits
Detailed Answer:
Hi....
I have the calculated the height and weight and BMI based on the dates of birth for both your kids. I have plotted their heights and weights on the growth charts too.
Their BMIs are 13.5Kg/m.square and 13 Kg/m.square respectively.
Both their weights are less than 5th percentile when compared to their ages.
Both their heights are appropriate. The height of the elder one is between 25th to 50th percentile and the height of the younger one is between 15th to 25th percentile.
Coming to the concept of percentiles when compared to the growth of the kids, any percentile between 5th to 95th percentile is normal. But when height is normal in percentiles and only weight is faltering - it means that it is only food intake related and nothing serious is going on.
Suggestions on healthy food habits -
1. Compared to home-cooked food, junk food is higher in fat, salt, sugar, low in fibre, nutrients, such as calcium and iron.
2. Avoid sugary drinks, soft drinks and energy drinks. Carbonated drinks acidic and negatively affect bone and dental health.
3. Drink at least 3 liters of water per day.
4. Eat breakfast every day - it will make the junk food snacking less likely less. Any normal south XXXXXXX break fast is an excellent choice.
5. You say that both your kids feel hunger and are good at sports and eat well. But still they are lean means that the food they are consuming is less in quality and nutritious value. So I suggest that you cut down on their junk food intake and automatically their normal food intake increases and as with their weight.
