Brief Answer:
20 mg is not a overdose

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for using Healthcaremagic.

I read your query and understand your concerns.

The effective dose of Abilify for most adults falls in the range of 5 mg to 30 mg and in some cases may need beyond this dose. In other terms the licensed dose of abilify is upto 30 mg and so 20 mg is not a overdose but it is therapeutic dose.

I understand the wrong dispensing but fortunately it does not lead to any long term side effects at 20 mg for a 20 year young male. It may have simple side effects like agitation, sleep disturbance and gastrointestinal symptoms but it does not cause anything serious at 20 mg.

Hope I am able to answer your concerns.
If you have any further query, I would be glad to help you.
