Question : I take 120mg of Armour Thyroid a day and ran out during a long trip. I have not taken it for 6 days. Am home now and picked up the refill. I am constantly straving and have a sick stomach. How should I go back on the 120 mg, a whole one or start with half for a few days?

Since the gap is only 6 days, you may restart with the full dose of 120. I don't think it will cause any problems.
