Suggest Dosage For Augmentin While Suffering From Throat Pain

Question: For Dr. XXXXXXX Bhavsar or Dr. Jnikolla

i have some questions related with problem of under chin neck and throat slight pains.
As doctor suggested me Augmentin 1mg twice. I could found 625mg augmentin tablet. And i am taking 2 tablets in a day. Is that enough?
2nd i was taking probiotics before. Can i take Augmentin with probiotic?
3rd in how many days i will feel improvement if Augmentin is working.?

Augmentin 625 you should take it three times per day for one week.

Yes you can take Augmentin with probiotics,without problem.

Usually the improvement is feeling after the third day of the treatment.

If you do not feel improvement at all please do the MRI.

Thanks for reply.. Now doctor 2nd day is going on with augmetin . But now my stomach is very much disturbed. i have lose stool 3 time today. and it started 10 hours after taking augmetin. Is that due to medicine?
should i continue this antibiotic? or any thing else to reduce stomach problem. i dont have fever or stomach pain. kindly reply.

For stomach disturbance, you can take Ulcezol once during the treatment.

I don't think the loose stool might be from the treatment it seems too early.

But if it continues, stop the antibiotic and drink a lot of water.

Doctor then what could be the reason of loose stool.? infact i remain a patient of IBS and acid reflex before . Is that could be a reason. i want to continue the medicine just to eliminate these slight neck ,ear and throat pains. now if i will stop medicine then i will countinue with these pains. kindly guide me.

It might be from Augmentin use but the decision to stop or continue it depends on the severity of the diarrea.

In my opinion you should continue with the treatment. It is a short period.

Take Ulcezol once for the stomach during this period and a lots of liquids too.

You can take too Enterogermin twice to control the diarrhoea

You will be good with the above

Doctor now today my stomach is better then yesterday. My throat pain neck and ear pains are also reduced significantly. Although it was not very much pain before. but i found it less now. how many days i should continue with augmentin?
one problem that i am feeling other then stomach is about a fever like feeling. i dont have fever but my hands and face is little warm. and i am feeling little down. is this due to loose stool or medications?

Doctor now i am taking augmentin. and i am improving. Fully not recovered very slight feelings of pains still comes sometimes. But as you told me i have to take next one week. I will inform you about that.
I have now an other issue. everytime something comes that give me tention. i dont know i should discuse here or not. i got a very small wound on my penis head during masturbation 3 days back . And suddenly i stopped because of sharp pain. i think it my be due to friction or nail or something bite at that area there was no bleeding but skin was torn. I put some pyodine solution. But still after 3 days its not finished. Now today i put Betnovate N cream. My question is when i search on internet , i found about some yest infection that can cause such things. i dont have sex with any one since 9 months. so the other reasons are problem with immune system. i never have such thing before. many negative thoughts comes in my mind . Kindly tell me does such things are normal or its really problematic
