Suggest Dosage For Clonazepam
We are having a hurricane in XXXXXXX and my doctors office closed down so i could not get in to get a refill and i took my last pill today.
My question is,
My doc also had given me .25mg clonazepam ODT(oral disolving tablet) and said it possibly works a little faster but its the same thing.
I have just always just used the regular clonazepam tablet i swallow.
My first question is "is this the same drug?
The only difference I notice was it has phenylanine in it. Is that an active ingredient or is it a sweetener?
Bottom line is i will have to use these until the hurricane passes and my doctors office opens back up.
She told a while back i could take one or the other.
So would 4 .25 be the same as a 1 mg?

Detailed Answer:
Hello, and thanks for your question.
Yes, clonazepam and clonazepam ODT are the same drug. Phenylalanine is notan active ingredient, don't worry. It is safe to replace one with the other.
Stay safe during the hurricane in XXXXXXX

Not sure how all that works legally, me being in XXXXXXX
I had a dystonic reaction to an anxietymed and it was seriously horrible.
I was switched to a few others but i could feel that same feeling coming on every time so we stopped those.
So, right now my GP handles my clonazepam.
I have tried a few therapists who havent been great.
