Question: its a question about ayurvedic medicine. Can i take himalaya confido tablet with musli power extra abd what should be the dosage i take.

Thanks for contacting Ayurveda with your health concern ad following is/are the details:

1. Confido is a non hormonal therapy,acting on the higher centers of emotions in the brain and locally on the sex organs,directly or indirectly. Confido reduces the anxiety and calms the individual,by acting through the neuro-endocrine pathway and also regulates the process of ejaculation

Indications: in spermatorrhea,premature ejaculation, nocturnal emission and is advisable to consult your physician for long term treatment

Dosage for confido:
i. for premature ejaculation: 1 tablet twice daily for 2-4 weeks
ii. for spermatorrhea,nocturnal emission: 1 tablet twice daily for 4-6 weeks

- for musli power extra: 1 capsule i hour before sexual intercourse with boiled milk

1. As confido is primarily given in sexual disorder [since it is a psychosomatic disorder] and musli as a sex tonic [in rejuvenation therapy] thus both have different mode of action in body so taking them separately will be my approach.
