Question: I have been on cymbalta 40mg for 10 years cypionate 100cc per week 2 years extremely depressed primary started me on 100MG of WELLBUTRIN daily
after 3 weeks he wants to to go down to 20MG of cymbalta did not increase WELLBUTRIN
is this a good idea

Cymbalta (duloxetine) increases toxicity of Wellbutrin (bupropion) by unspecified interaction mechanism. So it is better that first reduce and stop cymbalta and then increase wellbutrin.
