Suggest Dosage For Duolin While Having Infant Respiratory Distress Syndrome
Question: My son aged 9 months (weighing 10kg) is having respiratory distress. Tried Saline for 1 day and it does not seem to help. He has slight fever and running nose. What is the Duolin respule dosage I should give him?
Brief Answer:
Dosage mentioned.
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.
The dose for Duolin in a 9 months child would be half respule at a minimum interval of every 3-4 hours or as required.
You may give some antiallergic drops like cetirizine once daily for the runny nose.
It usually takes 5-7 days for such episodes to subside.
