Suggest Dosage For Fluconazole While Suffering From Tongue Cancer

Question: I had TORS for cancer at base of tongue and have developed thick mucous. I tried 7 doses of 100 MG fluconazole and it helped but did not end the problem. Can I safely take a higher dose that is available OTC?

You can safely take 150 or 200 mg. Besides that, I'll advise you to gargle with soda-bicarbonate gargle preparation. It will help.
