Question: Can I reduce Gabapentin dose a day before sex?
Sex drive seems fine but having ejactulation difficulty.

I am on 2400mg per day. Works great for my restless leg and anxiety.

You have been taking Gabapentin for Restless Leg Syndrome and facing problem of difficulty in ejaculation .

The Gabapentin is not reported to have any negative effect of sexual potency or Ejaculation hence reducing the dose will not have any beneficiary effect as far as ejaculation is concerned .

The difficulty in ejaculation could be age related ,
