Question: Hi Doctor, Iam suffering from fever since 4 days. It started with normal sneezing, followed by high fever the next day. On 2nd day fever reduced to some extent, but still my nose were blocked with green mucus, now it also started to show slight blood in mucus from right side nose, also now having wet cough, headache, tiredness, and irritation. I called up my family doctor on phone and he prescribed my the below:
LYNX tablet 500mg 1-0-1 (Antibiotic)
Aerodil Syrup 1-1-1
Otrivin 1-1-1
Since i heard the name of the medicines through phone, Iam not very sure if he meant " LYNX tablet" in the phone so i would like to know if this is the correct tablet for this cure or what i have taken down from phone is wrong?
