Question: Hi doctor,
After taking Mtp kit(1+4) full course,
1 tablet (morning) taken on 14june
1 tablet (morning)- 1 tablet at night( 15june)
1 tablet (morning)- 1 tablet at night( 16june)
today is 17th and bleeding didn't starts yet. Could you please guid me, what can i do

Thanks for the query to hcm,
You have unfortunately taken the misoprostol dosage wrongly. The misoprostol dosage all 4 tabs should have been taken together after 36 hrs of the first pill. Now if the bleeding doesn't start in next 12 hrs, then you may please take 4 tabs of 200mcg misoprostol- 800mcg stat after 12 hrs and wait for the bleeding to start in next 6-8 hrs.

Thanks for the query to hcm,
You have unfortunately taken the misoprostol dosage wrongly. The misoprostol dosage all 4 tabs should have been taken together after 36 hrs of the first pill. Now if the bleeding doesn't start in next 12 hrs, then you may please take 4 tabs of 200mcg misoprostol- 800mcg stat after 12 hrs and wait for the bleeding to start in next 6-8 hrs.

as per you, we have to wait for next 12hrs and still it's not happening, then what is the procedure to consume all 4 tabs of misoprostol ?

Yes, you should take all 4 tablets of misoprostol together and if still the bleeding doesn't start in next 4-6 hrs then you should take 2 tabs=400mcg. If still the bleeding doesn't occur then you have to wait for 48 hrs and then get an ultrasound guided dilatation and curettage.

when i ll take this [4 tablets of misoprostol together ] ?
and i will take this tablet before breakfast or after breakfast ?
