Question : Sir, For chronic gastritis purpose U suggested me a course of Nexpro- L for a month & I completed it .now 80% symptoms got reduced but mild stomach swollen to every night is remaing so what I do?

At this time I suggest you to continue your medication Nexpro L for 4 more weeks.
The dinner time should be switched at least two hours early to your bed time. Set out for a casual walk for 15 minutes before you sleep. Also do not take any high fibre diet like fruits after 5PM.

These changes should make you feel good at night.
