Question: I have an infected toe from pulling off the toenail. I have 400,000 u Pen Vi K and am not sure of the dosage. I took two at 2am and wonder about th proper dosage. 59 yrs old 295 lbs male

The maximum dosage of Peni V K 3.200.000UI per day in to be taken 4times. Therefore, you have to take two tablets every 6hours. You should again take it at 8am.
