Question: I am leaving for vacation in three hours. Can I take 4 doses of over the counter Phenazopyridine Hcl per day so the nighttime dose will enable a comfortable night's rest?
I ahave been diagnosed with "sensitive bladder" and follow a diet. On December 14 I will meet with the specialist to begin further treatment since this over the counter med is less than satisfactory.

Yes, you can take up to 4 doses per day in intervals of 8 hours, but dont take more than this. Phenazopyridine may help with pain, burning and discomfort but it will not cure the case and you need some neurogenic medications for long term therapy. WIsh you good health. Regards
